Kaiteriteri Pet Friendly accommodation and Apartment Hire Conditions:
** Pets must be approved by management before confirming booking.
** If you bring a pet please add $50 per night to your accommodation cost.
If you do not agree with all the conditions below we can not accept your pet friendly booking.
We only list accommodation that will allow our guests to bring pets. They are a part of the family and bringing your cat or dog will reduce the cost of your holiday stress and no boarding kennel fees. But there are some conditions naturally.
1) Only one pet per booking unless you have contacted us and have written approval to bring two or more pets. All pets must be included in the "extra" when completing your booking so the correct pricing is applied.
2) Any booking that has not had written confirmation from Management that your cat or dog is included in your booking will be cancelled on arrival. In other words if you would like to bring your house trained pet we need to know about it first. Our onsite Manager will meet with you on arrival.
3) Any damage done by animals either inside or outside a property is to be paid for by the person hiring.
4) As there are wild animals in the area all pets must be house trained and if they pose a threat to wild life they will require a muzzle.
5) Owners must have all dogs vaccinated before arrival and show the key holder the vets vaccination confirmation to confirm this.
6) Owners must bring bedding for their animals. This is not provided by Management.
7) The pet owner or the person booking must provide a $100 cash deposit to the key holder and have photo ID. The deposit will be given back once the property has been inspected at the end of the stay.
8) Any damage that your animal causes either directly or indirectly is to be paid for by the pet owner. This is not limited to the $100 bond,
9) Animals must never be left alone at any of the listed properties on this website. If the person booking departs the property the pet must go with them.
10) Animals are not allowed on furniture or beds.
11) No parties at any accommodation that we list.
12) All accommodation is No Smoking and No Vaping.
13) Only guests included in the booking can stay overnight ( between 10pm and 6am).
14) No open fires.
15) Any damage is the responsibility of the person booking. ID is required on arrival.
16) The person booking must be 21 years old or older at the time of booking. Current photo I D must be provided when arriving at your accommodation. We have an onsite Manager to assist with arrival and departures.
Most accommodation hosts will want to meet the per hiring in person.
